Fabulous Writing

Each week Mrs Jones' writing groups have a picture prompt to write about.  This week it was this picture...

We talk to a buddy on the mat about what we can see in the picture, who is in the picture, what they are doing, why they are doing it, etc.  Then we help Mrs Jones write a story in our modelling book.

Below are our stories from this week about this picture...

The dog is hurt.  He ran into the house.

The dog is red.  He has a headache.
By Nadiya

The dog has a lump on his head.

  1. Kia ora koutou mo ō koutou tuhituhi!
You have looked at the picture well and formed great sentences explaining and describing what has happened in the picture. You have also used some very 'strong' words to help describe what you are seeing. Great writing!
