Yesterday afternoon as a special treat we went to a Magic Show.
A magician came to our school and did some magic tricks for us.
He even had a real bird!
It was amazing and we really enjoyed it.

Appreciating our Peers
We have been listening to some of the writing from other members of our learning space. We have shown our appreciation of the author by clapping. The writing was stunning. We can see how we are getting better.

Our Fabulous Writing
Every Thursday we have a picture to write about.
This is our picture prompt this week.
We are learning to use our "Eagle Eyes," write about what we can see, and use wow words.
Here are 5 of our amazing stories read out by each author - Emma, Max, Taylah, RJ and Nadiya.
I think you will be very impressed.

Language Experience
Today we used cut up swimming pool noodles. We talked about what we could see, feel, hear, etc. We played a few games with them and then we made them pop.
We wrote some amazing stories about our experiences.
Walkathon
This afternoon we had our school Walkathon. We walked, and walked, and walked! We walked over tyres, through hoops, under the net and past the teachers with their funny string spray! We even had lollies along the way!
Here are some photos of our fun afternoon - which ended with ICE BLOCKS!
