We are learning about Patterns in Maths
Did you know that patterns repeat?
Patterns might be colours or shapes, jumps and hops or even claps!
We have done a number of different activities learning about patterns.
Miss Courtney led the tamariki in making patterns using their bodies.

Learning Routines
As part of our beginning of the year settling in, the tamariki have been learning about the routines in Te Ope Ruaraki.
One of our focuses is Keeping our environment tidy. In these photos the tamariki are playing together and then putting away their things before the next activity.Tuesday, 9 February 2021
Lots of learning today
It's week 2 of the year and we are busy learning in Te Ope Ruaraki.
This morning we practised some fast words, so we know how to write them in our stories. Then we wrote stories.
After lunch we got to the pool. The tamariki were very excited to have their first swim of the year at school.
