We are so proud of new learning!

 

        Siatua is learning to start her numbers in the correct place.  She was so happy when she made these beautifully shaped numbers.

Buddy Time with Mrs McIntyre's class

 We did gardening and pulled some weeds out. (Neomai)

We were careful not to pull out the plants. (Enzo)

We were careful not to step on the plant. (Lexie)

Trees are actually alive and we have to be careful with them. (Adam H)

We have to put our hands at the bottom of the weeds when we pull them. (Neomai)

Then we played with chalk. (Zoe)

Learning our sight words.

We have got a new game to learn our sight words.

We are also learning to take turns.

We are saying each word as we place it in the correct shape.

Buddy Class with Whakarua

 

Wow! What fun we had with our buddy class on Friday!

Our Buddy class is Whakarua.  We had so much fun playing with the container toys and our buddies.

We were learning to work together and support each other in play.

Blowing Bubbles for writing!

 The other day we went outside to blow some bubbles and then we got to write about them. We loved getting outside and having fun. Check out some of our hard work!

I can blow little bubbles. They went flying away then went pop! - Dylan
